If you need to pull in data from other platforms like Google Sheets, Xero, or a project management board:

• Use the Embed Feature: Type /embed on any Notion page, and paste the link to your Google Sheet or external board.
  • This will embed a live version of the document right in Notion so you can view or edit it without leaving your workspace.

Tip: You can also embed files like PDFs, videos, or images by typing /embed and adding the file’s link.
